Algebra I Review

Designed particularly for students whose Algebra 1 grade was a C- or below or whose Admission testing at McLean suggests a need to strengthen Algebra 1 skills. This course provides a review of all the major concepts that will reappear in the fall in Algebra 2/ Trigonometry. Students will be tested to identify areas most in need of review; some instruction will be individualized to support students’ specific needs.

Geometry

This course is equivalent to a school year college-preparatory geometry course and carries one academic credit. Pre-requisites: Algebra I. McLean students must have the permission of the Upper School Head and the Math Department. Students from other schools must have written permission from their home school.
