US Spanish Field Trip

On September 28, 2005 the Spanish students in the Upper School attended a performance of the Heritage Theatre Company’s “That Certain Cervantes” by Harry Carson. It was a wonderful one man play set in the attic of Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra ( writer of “Don Quijote de La Mancha”) in the year 1611. It was a moving performance of the writing of Don Quijote with reenacted scenes from the book. Two McLean students, Melissa and Hayley, won copies of the book in a raffle sponsored by Barnes and Noble.
