Middle School Food Drive

Five representatives from the Middle School delivered the canned food that had been collected from all three divisions. We were able donate to Manna 903 pounds of food for the hungry and needy families of Montgomery County. When we arrived, there were adult volunteers from a church who were sorting and boxing the food for distribution later today. The director of Manna told the children that the food we brought today would be on the tables of client families by tomorrow evening. We all felt like we had done some good for our community.

Thank you to all who donated. We are continuing this food drive throughout the remainder of the school year. This is the time of year when the shelves at Manna are quite low. We can make a difference.
